Wash
Wash inside out, separately in COLD (up to 30°C), gentle cycle. 
Close zippers (if any).
Mild liquid detergent, NO bleach or softener.

Dry
Line dry in shade (best) or tumble dry on LOW.
Avoid wrinkles by shaking out between wash and dry, and removing immediately from dryer.
