Returns and Exchange
Replacement of a defective item.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a replacement by sending a message within 7 days of receiving the item. Damaged item can be replaced with any item with the same or higher amount. Customer will have to pay for the difference in price of the replaced item has a higher price than the returned item. Items must be returned to our store before replacement can be made. Item must be unused, unwashed and in brand new condition with the original tags, packaging and inclusions. Damage or defect caused by mishandling of the customer is not covered by our replacement policy.
Exchange of an item due to change of mind.
We only allow change of size and color of the same kind of item. The request for replacement must be made within 1 day of receiving the item. Item needs to be brought to the store to facilitate the exchange. Item must be unused, unwashed and in brand new condition with the original tags, packaging and inclusions.
Refund due to change of mind.
Refund is not allowed due to a change of heart.
