• Place the machine on top of a flat and even surface.
• Don’t add turbid (cloudy or murky) tap water and/or other liquid mixtures (i.e milk, juice, coffee, tea or soda) to the water tank
• When adding tap water to the tank, make sure the water meets the municipal tap water standard (i.e. large amount of silt content, excessive TDS). Otherwise, the filter life will be reduced. 
• This machine is equipped with a "Change Water" reminder. When the indicator is turned on, the concentrated water in the tank should be discarded and the raw water tank must be replaced with fresh tap water.
• Avoid touching the water nozzle with your cup rim to avoid cross contamination or any damage to the nozzle.
• When selecting between hot or cold water option, please allow a few minutes interval to get the correct water temperature. 
• Operating Voltage Range: 220V ± 10% 
• This machine undergoes extensive quality checks prior to leaving the warehouse, so it is normal that there is some residual water inside the water tank.
• Please keep away from children’s reach.

1. Place the UV Care Pure RO Water Purifier on top of a flat, even and sturdy surface.
2. Remove the water tank, fill the raw water tank with fresh tap water up to the maximum (max) line. Then, reinstall the water tank onto the machine and properly close the lid.
3. Plug in the machine to a 220V ± 10% outlet to start. Then, press and hold the power button for three (3) seconds to turn on the unit. 
4. For best results, it is recommended to remove the water tank first and wash it with mild soap and water. After reinstalling in onto the machine and turning it on, press and hold the “WASH” button  for three (3) seconds. Make sure to place a water container below the nozzle (i.e. bowl or bucket) to catch the dirty water. After six (6) minutes, the cleaning process will be complete.  
5. After the cleaning process, the water tank should be emptied. Then, replenish it with fresh tap water. The machine should start purifying the water automatically. 

1. To dispense “Normal”, “Milk” or “Cold” Water

1.  Press the “Normal”, “Milk” or “Cold” button
2. Water will be dispensed immediately.

1. To dispense a specific water quantity:

1. Choose your desired water temperature first. Please refer to the previous page for detailed instructions.
2. Then press the “SMALL CUP” or “BIG CUP” depending on how much water you need. 
3. The machine will dispense that specific amount of water with the corresponding water temperature you’ve already set earlier.

1. How to Set the Water Temperature Manually

1. Press and hold the “HOT” button for three (3) seconds.
2. Press the “BIG CUP” to increase the water temperature by increments of 1°C
3. Press the “SMALL CUP” to decrease the water temperature by increments of 1°C

The lowest possible temperature is 85°C (185°F)

Reminders: 

1. This machine is equipped with a water overflow protection setting. It will automatically stop dispensing water after more than 1000 ml of water has been dispensed.
2. When getting “Coffee”, “Tea” or “Hot” Water, never place your fingers or arms directly below the nozzle to avoid scalding/ burning.
3. When using the “Coffee”, “Tea” or “Hot” Water for the first time, make sure to dispense “Normal” water first.
4. When the machine is used for the first time, please expect that an excess amount of air is trapped inside the water pipes. Thus causing a slight delay in the water distribution. To resolve this, press the “Normal” button to release water once and empty the air inside the machine.

Press and hold the “POWER” button for three (3) seconds to turn the unit on or off.

Press the “WASH” button to clean the internal filters and water tanks as well as to drain the stale water. 

This function is recommended for initial use, after filter replacement and when restarting the machine after being unused for a long period of time. Long press “INTELLIGENT CLEAN” to initiate automatic cleaning. The whole process will take six (6) minutes to complete. 

These indicators are used to monitor the life of the filters. 

WHITE: Excellent 

ORANGE: 80% of the filters have been used up

RED: Filters need to be replaced

Press the “RESET” button for three (3) seconds after the filters have been replaced. 

When the “PURIFY” indicator is on, then it means that the machine is in the process of water purification. Once the process is finished, this indicator will turn off.

When the “FRESH WATER” indicator is on, it means that the raw water tank already lacks water. This serves as a reminder for the end user to replenish the raw water tank with fresh tap water and to discard water in the concentrated water tank. 

When the “NO WATER” indicator is on, it means that the purified water tank needs to be replenished. The user will not be able to dispense pure drinking water at this time and will have to wait for water purification process to complete.

The “LOCK” button is a built-in safety feature to prevent scalding/ burning. If you want to dispense water for coffee or tea or if you wish to get hot water, make sure to press the lock button first before pressing any of the abovementioned buttons. 

To get 150 ml (5.07 fl oz) of water, press the “SMALL CUP” button and then choose the corresponding water temperature. 

To get 300 ml (10.14 fl oz) of water, press the “BIG CUP” button and then choose the corresponding water temperature. 

Press the “NORMAL” button to dispense drinking water with a temperature between 10°C to 30°C (50°F to 86°F).

Press the “COLD” button to dispense drinking water with a temperature between  ≤15°C (≤59°F).

Press the “MILK” button to dispense drinking water with a temperature between 45°C to 50°C (113°F to 122°F).

Press the “COFFEE” button to dispense drinking water with a temperature between 82°C to 88°C (179.6°F to 190.4°F).

Press the “TEA” button to dispense drinking water with a temperature between 88°C to 92°C (190.4°F to 197.6°F).

Press the “HOT” button to dispense drinking water with a temperature between ≥90°C (≥194°F).

• Wipe down the body with a soft microfiber cloth 
• For stubborn dirt or grime, you may opt to wipe it with a soft damp cloth. Avoid using chemical cleaners

• Make sure to turn off the unit and unplug the power cord. 
• Press the *Insert the Push Button Icon” to pop open the filter cover
• Twist the filter to be replaced counterclockwise and carefully pull it upwards.
• Then, install the new filter/s. Don’t forget to remove any plastic packaging. 
• Place the new filter and rotate clockwise to secure it in place. Close the filter cover. 
• Press the “RESET” button for three (3) seconds after the filters have been replaced.
  
  

• The 2-in-1 Water Tank and its cover can be washed with mild soap and water. 
• Please  ensure that it is completely dry before installing it to the unit 

• Discard collected water in the drip tray regularly
